This 2nd Annual exhibit will feature twin sisters (Karen White and Kathy Colon) from the Kansas City KS area that share the same talent using chalk, pencils and airbrush with acrylic watercolor. Karen and Kathy will be in Topeka to discuss their artwork Feb. 13th at the Capitol. 10:00 AM
